Imilab
Imilab is an outdoor security camera with artificial intelligence recognition. The minimalist rounded form blends into the installation environment. A built-in algorithm recognizes human shapes and pets and sends an alert to a mobile phone. A new universal shaft base prevents the loosening common in traditional shafts. The body is made of high performance antioxidant plastic with a polished surface for easy dust cleaning. The sealed housing is rated IP65 and works from minus 30 to 60 degrees Celsius. A lithium battery lasts six to nine months on one charge.
Imilab AI Camera by Yajun Wang was identified as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Imilab AI Camera earned the Silver A' Design Award in Security, Safety and Surveillance Products Design in 2021. The A' Security, Safety and Surveillance Products Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which recognizes outstanding design of CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access controls, biometric scanners, surveillance drones, security locks, intrusion detectors, fire safety equipment and more.
