Family Maison
Family Maison is a sales center located in the Pilot Free Trade Zone of Fengxian District, Shanghai. The interior covers 987 square meters and was completed in December 2020. The design applies the folding, cutting and deconstruction of geometric forms. Lines are minimal and continuous, and they spread through the space to form surfaces. A sculptural suspended ceiling is placed above the sand table area. Bronze and stone carvings and a large art installation are used. The intent is a futuristic, artistic and experimental exhibition space.
Family Maison Sales Center by 熊比尔 was recognized as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Family Maison Sales Center earned the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
