Star Map
Star Map is a custom necklace that shows the night sky as it appeared at a chosen time and place. The pendant carries a darkened engraving of constellations, orbital lines and the Milky Way, while circular cutouts represent the planets of the solar system. Each pendant measures 31.75 mm in diameter and 1.4 mm in thickness, and is made of brass plated with 14k gold, sterling silver or rose gold. A central hole holds the chain, which is adjustable up to 22 inches. The design keeps a personal moment in lasting form.
Star Map Necklace by Austin Scribner was featured as a grand representation of fashion design by the A' Design Award. Star Map Necklace won the Iron A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2021. The A' Jewelry Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that honors excellent design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
