Fingerprint Custom
Fingerprint Custom is an office interior located in Xiamen, Fujian, China. The design translates the abstract pattern of a fingerprint into spatial form, expressing the corporate value of respecting the creativity of every person. Efficiency guides the layout, with simple partitions and smooth circulation routes. Main materials include white baking lacquer board, water ripple stainless steel, curved glass and natural wood panels. A concave fingerprint form and a sphere suggesting a pupil mark the reception area.
Fingerprint Custom Office by Shubin Lin was identified as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Fingerprint Custom Office won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which honors exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
