Sunac Emerald Coast
Sunac Emerald Coast is a sales and experience center for a coastal property development in Wenzhou, China. The 4000 square meter interior contains a 1300 square meter sales space, a 2150 square meter life experience space and a 550 square meter auxiliary space. Independent functional areas are linked by a fluid circulation route, and each area has its own atmosphere. An ocean theme guides the design, with marine animal motifs used as decoration. Beige stone outlines the main structure, handmade glass bricks with rippled texture recall water, and the main hall ceiling is clad in LED panels.
Sunac Emerald Coast Sales Center by DSC DESIGN has been featured as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Sunac Emerald Coast Sales Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
