Sunbay Park
Sunbay Park is a mixed-use hotel complex located in Ninh Thuan, Viet Nam. The development covers 3.6 hectares and includes a five-star hotel, two condotels, water parks, and commercial and public facilities. The tower blocks are separated and rotated to preserve wind flow and sea views for surrounding buildings and to limit direct sunlight. Sky bridges on the third and fourth levels connect the blocks, so the ground floor can remain open public space leading to the beach. Curved forms and carved Champa patterns recall local dance and traditional culture.
Sunbay Park Hotel by NDA - NEW DESIGN ASSOCIATES LIMITED has been recognized as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award.
