Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun
Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun is a residential interior design for an apartment in Hong Kong. The floor plan measures just under 800 square feet, so the scheme was arranged to increase the sense of spaciousness. A darker color palette was requested by the owners and adapted to keep the rooms from feeling crowded. The rectangular living and dining area is finished largely in shades of gray and dark wood. Furniture placement divides the space into two clear zones. A large gray sofa and a wooden television console define the lounge, while white floor-to-ceiling storage marks the dining area.
Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun Residential by STEPHEN YUEN was highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun Residential won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade that recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
