Cloud Building
Cloud Building is a landscape design for a demonstration area of 4,052 square meters in Nanchang, China. Modern technology and traditional gardening ideas are combined to shape the space. Paving and lawn form an open and clear layout with strong color contrast. Large floor-to-ceiling glass and a special-shaped planting pond link the garden with the indoor scene. Regular-sized granite paving stones reduce construction difficulty and cost. Lighting interaction, intelligent sensing and voice control support the interaction between people and space.
Cloud Building Landscape Design by ARTBELL was selected as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Cloud Building Landscape Design won the Silver A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2021. The A' Landscape Planning and Garden Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that celebrates outstanding design of landscape designs, public parks, residential gardens, urban plazas, campus designs, green roofs, waterfront developments, Eco-Parks, botanical gardens and more.
