Sheneve
Sheneve is a bridal store interior of 400 square meters located in the old town of Wenzhou. The design was inspired by a slim lace wedding dress. Translucent gradient perforated aluminum panels form a light arc that appears to float on the concrete facade. Inside, soft lace curtains replace the original solid partition doors, so the areas remain separate while the space stays flexible. Light gray paint changes in texture with the daylight. An extendable curved golden tube display lets the dresses move freely instead of standing in fixed corners.
Sheneve Store by Michelle Zhou was highlighted as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Sheneve Store earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
