Fusionista
Fusionista is a cinema interior design created through the renovation of an existing cinema in Hong Kong. The project covers 4375 square metres arranged over four floors. The two lower floors hold the ticketing and public areas, while the two upper floors hold the screening halls. The circulation route leads visitors past the light food counters on the way to the halls, which supports sales. Marble, aluminium, fabric, carpet and glass distinguish each area by colour and texture. Durable materials were selected to reduce later maintenance costs.
Fusionista Interior Design by Oft Interiors Ltd. has been recognized as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Fusionista Interior Design received the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
