Aristocratic Palace
Aristocratic Palace is a residential interior design completed in Taipei, Taiwan. The home covers about 228.1 square meters and includes an entry, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a study, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Classic Eastern and Western elements are combined through grilles, changing light and shadow, and black lines applied at the junctions of the space. The materials include marble, iron parts, wooden work, blue glass, imported wallpaper and solid wood flooring. Large windows bring in natural light and reduce the use of electric lighting.
Aristocratic Palace Residence by James Yen has been identified as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Aristocratic Palace Residence received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program that honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
