Mayfair by the Sea
Mayfair by the Sea is a duplex residential interior design located on the top floor of a building, with a 180-degree sea view. The layout includes an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a rooftop area. A palette of white and grey creates a modern living space for a couple. Materials include logwood for storage and furniture, glass, veneers, fabrics, natural stones, tiles, wallpaper and plastic. The master suite has a large cloakroom separated by a tall transparent wardrobe, with a jewelry display cabinet inside. Electronic rolling curtains and coated glass reduce high temperatures.
Mayfair by the Sea Interior Design by Grande Development Limited was featured as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Mayfair by the Sea Interior Design earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
