Shanghui Haoting
Shanghui Haoting is a sales center interior located in central Shanghai, covering 1270 square meters. An ivory color scheme runs through the space, and repeated arched and rectangular wall elements create a sense of rhythm. Light is hidden at both ends of the walls, and a large crystal ceiling fixture brightens the lower floor. Large trees form an indoor garden, and seating placed around a tree supports conversation. Floor-to-ceiling glass mixes daylight with artificial light. Main materials include gray moire marble, walnut, corrugated acrylic and crystal.
Shanghui Haoting Sales Center by Andy Leung was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Shanghui Haoting Sales Center received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
