Aprol
Aprol is a bar located on the top floor of a five-story building in the historical center of Moscow. The interior is designed in a pop art style, with orange as the main color, neon lighting, plants and large art objects. A six meter statue of David, printed in parts on a 3D printer, floats under the ceiling and is visible from outside. Six steam fireplaces are set into the low bar counter, so guests reach through the flames to take a glass. A panoramic window brings in daylight and opens a view of the old city.
Aprol Bar by Valery Lizunov has been highlighted as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Aprol Bar won the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition that honors exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
