Free Lock
Free Lock is a suitcase designed for travelers who must leave luggage unattended for short periods. The handle of Free Lock also works as a lock. The handle is released with a coded lock, turned 90 degrees and fastened to a fixed object such as a seat or a railing. Travelers can then rest or use a restroom without carrying the case. The body is made mainly of ABS and PC plastic, which is hard and resistant to impact. The four corners are covered with aluminum for added protection. The case measures 48.5 by 38.5 by 84 centimeters.
Free Lock Luggage by Bruce Tao was recognized as an outstanding example of fashion design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Free Lock Luggage won the Iron A' Design Award in Fashion and Travel Accessories Design in 2020. The A' Fashion and Travel Accessories Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade which rewards superior design of handbags, scarves, belts, luggage, hats, travel bags, cravats, gloves, wallets and more.
