Panorama Villa
Alluding to the structure of a typical Mani village, the concept is conceived as a series of individual stone fragments revolving around the atrium, entrance and living spaces. The rough volumes of the residence open a dialogue with their natural surroundings, while the rhythm of their openings either ensures privacy or invites in panoramic views of the horizon, constructing a direct experience of successive and diverse narratives. The Villa is located in Navarino Residences, a collection of luxury villas for private ownership at the heart of Navarino Dunes resort.
Panorama Villa Residence by POTIROPOULOS and PARTNERS was featured as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Panorama Villa Residence won the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2020. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design accolade that rewards excellent design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
